Santa Barbara Job Seeker was founded by two local web developers who thought it wasn't right that big and even local job websites were charging anywhere from $200 to as much as $500 to post a local job. So we set out in building a results-driven, cost-effective job site for local employers who wanted attract and hire local talent. We still offer the important features that the big job sites offer. Job site features such as, applicant tracking, resume upload, job alerts, resume database, resume profile, employer profile, newsletters, advance search, job templates, email templates and as well as employer and job seeker resources.
As a new Santa Barbara job site, SB Job Seeker's mission is to connect qualified and skilled job seekers to quality employers.
We want to do right by the local business community by providing an affordable solution to attracting and hiring local talent.
